CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your expected appointment will be subject to 50% of the service booked. Cancellations made within 12 hours of your expected appointment time OR a “No Show" will be subject to 100% of the service booked. (Not applicable for certain circumstances) A credit card is required at the time of booking. It is my goal to provide the best service possible to you and my clients. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late it will be considered a "No Show" and will be subject to the policy stated above. At that point we will need to reschedule your appointment to another date and time. Thank you for understanding!
